Graham MacDonald – Managing Director

Graham MacDonald qualified as an Accountant with PwC Guernsey and has been servicing hedge funds and other investment vehicles since 2001. Graham was part of the Senior Management team at Beacon Fund Services Ltd. and most recently was a Director of Apex Fund Services Ltd. Both of these companies were licenced Fund Administrators in Bermuda.

Graham holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Bermuda and the Chartered MCSI designation from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment. Graham has also obtained the Certified Cryptocurrency Expert certificate issued by the Blockchain Council.

Luciano Aicardi – Director

Luciano Aicardi received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and then went on to obtain his LLB from the University of Buckingham.  In 1992 he was called to the England and Wales Bar, before being called to the Bermuda Bar in 1993.

Luciano has over 30 years of experience in Bermuda corporate law and was a Director of Beacon Fund Services (Bermuda) Ltd, a BMA licenced fund administrator for over 10 years.

Luciano sits on the Board of various local and exempt companies.
